If you are interested in being a vendor ...

GMNAF is dedicated to bringing the best in fiber and needle arts to North Georgia. If you have a product that you would like to share with our fiber arts community, please get in touch. Vendor registration will be available through March 15th, 2018. Please complete the vendor contract below and submit it by this deadline.

Hotel Discounts for Vendors

 

Comfort Inn has agreed to offer a discount for reservations made by vendors, only. All reservations need to be made by February 16th. It is necessary to mention that you are part of the Georgia Mountain Needle Arts Festival.  The room rates are $119.00 for a Double Queen (2-person occupancy) and $109.00 for a King (2-person occupancy). Call 706-515-4667 to make reservations.

Catering Options for Vendors

A catering menu will be made available to vendors in April, prior to the show. If you are interested in ordering lunch for any or all of the show days, it will be necessary for you to respond via email. A notification will be sent out by our organizers, so please keep an eye out for it.

Vendor Set-up:

Vendors are asked to set up their booths on Friday, April 27th between the hours of 7 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. The market will open to the public at 12 p.m. on the 27th. Vendor can begin dismantling their booths at 5 p.m. on Sunday evening.
